RADICAL, Inc. (Restoring and Developing Initiatives with the Community through Action and Love) Radical, Inc. seeks to provide three major components to the community:
Research – Conduct community needs assessments to identify and address community needs, gaps and service areas. Conduct polls and surveys to determine community norms, beliefs and values.
Counseling – Serve in a consultative role with community partners, agencies, ecumenical institutions, and neighborhoods in addressing community mental health and social issues. Provide professional counseling services to the community through fee-base and membership services.
Education – Provide information to communities through literature, forums, developing creative resources such as television, radio and multimedia programs to increase self and community awareness.
